Rechts oben, in die Umschrift hineinragend, ist ein Wappenschild mit dem kurkölnischen Kreuz zu sehen. Von jeweils einer Linie innen und außen ist die Umschrift begrenzt: "S(IGILLVM).SCABINORVM.DE.ZVNZE". Das Gegensiegel zeigt einen Schild mit dem kurkölnischen Stiftskreuz.
